Educational Expertise

“Teaching means transmitting the desire to learn, so that together we can build the world of tomorrow”.

Companies are adapting to the expectations of young talent to attract and retain them, and the world of education is no exception. Today, teaching needs to provide meaning, to mobilise positive energy toward a project, motivating exchange and reflection, interaction and co-creation. Pedagogy is, more than ever, the art of transmitting knowledge, motivating and encouraging individuals towards a thirst for knowledge, the desire to understand and to create in turn.

ISCOM attracts the best professional and educational talent, without territorial limits. Teaching requires interpersonal and human skills, in addition to professional knowledge and expertise. ISCOM's teaching staff is made up of individual, complementary and synergistic experts, who are motivated by a common pedagogical and educational project, sharing convictions and beliefs.

The 300 teachers who work with the ISCOM students on our ten campuses are Communication professionals, professional teachers and/or professionals working in large or small companies, in public or political institutions, or associations. They work with five Scientific Directors, whose mission is to develop the five specialisations of the Graduate School (Grande Ecole) Programme (PGE). Influence and Reputation, Strategic Planning and Innovation Marketing, International Communication, Digital Transformation and Strategy, Brand Creation and Design.

Each Scientific Director, within the Lab attached to their specialisation, leads an applied research group composed of ISCOM professors and partner professionals, in an open system of research and innovation.

We are committed to meaningful communication, ambitious communication, communication that advances ideas, human relations and companies, communication that inspires and leads young talent toward the wonderful professions of communication.

FIVE APPLIED RESEARCH LABS

At ISCOM, we are committed to the professional future of the young talent we train. We are increasingly forging more links between education and the professional world, and are launching five applied research laboratories, backed by the five specialisations of the Graduate School (Grande Ecole) / 5-Year programme. This initiative demonstrates our commitment to responsible education, which prepares young ISCOM graduates for the communication professions of today and tomorrow.
