RECOGNITION OF PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN COMMUNICATION

A VAE IN COMMUNICATION HAVE YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE RECOGNISED WITH THE VAE - RECOGNITION OF PRIOR EXPERIENCE

The principle of the Recognition of Prior Experience, or VAE, consists of evaluating the skills you have acquired through your professional and personal experience (voluntary work, role as an elected representative, support work, etc.) and having them recognised according to the requirements of the certification reference framework. You can obtain all or part of one of the certifications issued by ISCOM.

Obtaining the ISCOM certification, RNCP Level 6 and Level 7, will accelerate your career in communication.

The VAE allows you to obtain the whole certification or of some of the blocks of skills it is made up of, in recognition of professional experience in connection with the relevant certification. This experience is examined by a panel of professionals.

Why a VAE?

For the employee: it allows you to have your professional and personal experience and practice recognised by a qualification, to facilitate your internal or external professional mobility, to obtain a promotion, to take up a personal challenge, to earn recognition from your peers.

For the company: it allows you to motivate and enhance your employees, to support internal mobility and promotion, to facilitate the return to work in the event of voluntary departure or a job protection plan. It also provides an opportunity to guarantee the employability of your employees and to support them in their professional development.
