The policy for corporate partnerships developed by ISCOM's Corporate Innovation and Careers team aims to bring together a group of major partners with whom the school develops innovative joint projects. We offer our partner companies cooperation at every stage of the development of the school and its students.
GOVERNANCE AND RESEARCH
Play an active role in the school's strategic development Our partner companies contribute to the school's development, through the Scientific Board, the Development Council for the ISCOM CFA (Centre de Formation d'Apprentis, or Apprentice Training Centre), the International Advisory Board, and major professional events such as the ISCOM Communication Forum.
SELECTION AND SUPPORT OF STUDENTS
Identify future talent We give our partner companies the opportunity to participate in the recruitment of students, the communicators of the future. These partner companies can also support a particular applicant or group of students by offering scholarships for excellence. The ambition for these companies is to train the talented students that will join their teams in the future, but also to share a value dear to ISCOM, which is equal opportunities.
PARTICIPATION IN TRAINING
Take part in training the professionals of the future The Corporate Innovation and Careers team works with you in having your employees speak to students, promoting a shared experience that highlights your company's expertise. We also offer a wide range of collaborative educational options with our students (challenges, micro-agency missions, work experience, etc.). Finally, we can help you find internships, apprenticeships, professional training contracts and first jobs.
