At ISCOM, internships are compulsory and are part of the curriculumThe fifth year combines work with study under a professionalisation contract or an apprenticeship contract. By hosting our students, you will be recruiting creative, responsible, team-oriented and adaptable young people.
Our students are also aware that communication only makes sense when it contributes to a business strategy.

 

Internship periods for recruiting from ISCOM

Graduate School (Grande Ecole) Programme

  • 1st year: 2 months - 4 January to 26 February 2021
  • 2nd year: 3 months - between 2 November 2020 and 5 February 2021
  • 3rd year: 4-month internship abroad - from 31 August 2020 to 05 February 2021 or from 15 February 2020 to 04 June 2021
  • 4th year: 6 months - from 1 February 2021 to 16 July 2021
  • The 5th year work/study course: the majority of our programmes allow you to work with a trainee working 80% of normal hours.

Work-study programmes at ISCOM

ISCOM's work-study programmes have been designed in partnership with companies. This is also a suitable format for the company, enabling it to integrate a young employee in stable conditions and with continuity of activity.

ISCOM's Companies & Careers Department offers companies a full range of services:

  • Pre-selection of candidates 
  • Support in implementing the professionalisation contract from the first notification to contact with the OPCO
  • Year-round support for intern supervisors
  • Flexible options for the involvement and association of companies in the school's training: participation in thesis defence panels
  • Submission of real and current issues to seminars

 ISCOM’s work/study programme is a reliable way to prepare your recruitment and to successfully integrate your employees.

 

Terms and conditions of the professionalisation contract

Cost of training: See the table of fees for work/study programmes by type of contract and by campus (paid for in large part by the OPCO, with the remainder being paid by the company and invoiced quarterly).

Number of hours: 468h

Degree registered with the RNCP, certified level 7 [EU] (Brand Manager)

There are two items to the budget: 

The trainee's salary (80% of the minimum wage in France (SMIC or SMC depending on the provisions of your collective agreement for a trainee under 26 years of age. 100% of the minimum wage (SMIC) or at least 85% according to the collective agreement if more favourable for a candidate over 26 years old registered with Pôle Emploi). This is the gross amount.

The remainder of the cost of the training, not covered by the OPCO.

There are two items to the budget: 

Trainee's salary: 53% of the minimum wage in France (SMIC) if the student is less than 26 years old and is in their first year of apprenticeship. This is the net amount.

Degree financed to a minimum of €7500 by the OPCO (as per the decree of deficiency), the remainder is to be paid by the company.

Every year, ISCOM organises the Communication Forum, an event held on campuses throughout France. The Communication Forum brings together associations representing the profession, agencies and advertisers from all sectors. It is also a time for recruitment and for discussion of new trends.
This forum gives you the opportunity to present your business and recruit future employees directly during the day devoted to networking.
