ISCOM ROUEN - HIGHER INSTITUTE FOR COMMUNICATIONS AND ADVERTISING
ISCOM Rouen is located in the heart of the city, a hotspot for culture and entrepreneurship, and in a matter of years has established itself as a key player in Communication in the Normandy region.
