Rude Baguette : the genesis of the most promising startup's dedicated blog

Late last year, Liam Boogar, the co-founder, CEO and editor of Rude Baguette – France's Startup Blog – an English-language publication covering the French tech market, came to speak to the international class about the French start-up ecosystem. Given our first two competitions were for start-up companies, I thought it would be useful for them to get the "inside scoop" on what was happening in France, and how French start-ups are entering foreign markets (particularly the UK and America).
It was a very fun and informative hour. Given only half of the international students could be present, I asked the students who were there to write an article about the event. These were shared with the other group, who then offered their commentary and chose the best one. The winning group edited their article with help and fact-checking from Liam. Now I would like to share this article with the wider ISCOM community so they can also get the benefit of Liam's knowledge and enthusiasm for the French start-up scene!
