Strategic planner

A true strategist, works within a prospective framework. Should be aware of new trends to offer key insights to creatives.

 

Media planner

Chooses the most appropriate and high-impact media outlets to implement a targeted advertising campaign.

 

Advertising director

Coordinates the various agency efforts to ensure the completion of a campaign.  Plays the role of interface between agency, client and media outlets.

 

Production manager

Manages the print/technical output of accounts in his care, either directly for the client or in tandem with the company or agency sales force.

 

Art buyer

Possesses encyclopedic knowledge of the talent to be hired at any moment from outside the agency:  models, stylists, photographers, illustrators, model-builders…

 

Creative director

Shapes a campaign from the creative brief according to the media outlet chosen.  Works as a team with the copywriter to articulate the visuals and text.

 

Copywriter

Creates and writes the advertising message according to defined campaign guidelines.

 

TV producer

Analyses client demands, locates various service providers, and sets up the shooting/recording schedule for a TV or radio spot.  Ensures the smooth running of the project through respect of the project specifications and deadlines.

 

Traffic manager

The conduit for information transmission and coordination across every department of the agency.  Highly organised.
